Church View, Dacre Banks, Harrogate – Phase 2

The second phase of new houses at Church View in the Nidderdale village of Dacre Banks, North Yorkshire, follows the successful sale of all new homes in phase one.

Developers Gregory Property Group and Ridgefield Property have appointed local firm C & AJ Marshall as main contractor and construction is underway.

The partners, which are both recognised for developing smaller clusters of bespoke homes in select locations, are building a further eleven houses on Church Hill, close to the River Nidd and in a region formally recognised as an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.  Five of the eleven homes in phase two have already been reserved leaving just two four-bedroom semi-detached and four, four-bedroom terrace properties for sale.
